Goal:

Create an algorithm that identifies stocks consolidating sideways around the MACD zero line for 2-3 trading sessions before a breakout.

Requirements:

1: Scan U.S equities daily

2: Detect sideways consolidation

3: MACD near zero condition

4: EMA convergence

5: Breakout signal generation

6: Output stock list
